We are one of the few brokerages that offer precious metals IRA’s accounts stored in our Dallas location, including 8 other locations around the USA and now offer Brinks Storage in our new location in Euless Texas, South of DFW Airport.
Our process is very simple.
To open an account we do all our transactions via ACH, Automated Clearing House, that is a bank to bank transaction, with no sticky fingers in the middle. Once you call and place an order, you will be given a live quote on the exchange and the order is locked in at that time.
The order is written up and sent to the office to process the transaction. Once your account has been debited you will be placed in the shipping system, and a receipt sent to your email as confirmation from Miles Franklin Corporate office in Minnesota.
You will be informed at the time of the quote when that the order will ship out, if in stock or if not in stock you will be informed at that time, when to expect delivery once the order is placed.
Then after 10 days you will receive an email from scott@milesfranklin.com with the FedEx tracking number, shipped directly from the North American Bullion Exchange in North Dakota, in a very discrete package (NABX – the same name you will see on your bank statements).
Delivered by FedEx, INSURED, and you or someone 18 or older will have to sign for the package.
FedEx has to make 3 attempts to deliver or it MUST go back to the exchange, no questions asked. It’s a default security measure and you will have to pay an extra $25 to reship the package after verbal address confirmation. Some FedEx drivers have left posted notes to pick up at a specific location on smaller orders. ALL LARGE ORDERS WILL BE IN PERSON.
ROLL OVER YOUR OLD 401K OR IRA INTO A PRECIOUS METALS ACCOUNT
Do you have an old 401K or IRA and want to get out of the paper stock market – we can move your account to New Direction, NDTCO.com just need to open an account to change custodians, once the account if funded we will go online for a live quote on the exchange then lock in the order. Then we will pick the closest depository to you and all the metals will be delivered safe and secure in AN ALLOCATED ACCOUNT, what you order is never mixed with other accounts. The hardest part is getting the account moved and funded, this usually takes about 2 weeks.
Note 401K Accounts – if you have a current 401K and you are still working for the company that issued it,
YOU CAN NOT MOVE FORWARD.
ONLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE LOST THAT JOB, QUIT OR RETIRED ARE YOU ABLE TO MOVE THE 401k INTO A SELF DIRECTED IRA.
IF YOU HAVE AN IRA AND GETTING CLOSE TO 85 SOME ACCOUNTS FORCE YOU TO TAKE DISBURSEMENTS AND CLOSE IT OUT.
